Biography

Fantley and Dr. Elizabeth Smither reside in Frankfort, Ky. The vision God gave them 30 years ago of a revival awakening that would save this nation still burns strong in their hearts. Every day they are seeking ways to Advance the Kingdom of Jesus Christ in people’s lives.

Dr. Smither’s primary professional education was in the discipline of veterinary medicine. Working as a veterinarian, she noticed some classic cases of animals whose symptoms and habits changed with a change of environment.
Later, when God began revealing the soul world to them–the mental psychological emotional realm which is distinct from the spiritual realm–understanding started coming concerning the real battleground which is in the soul. Ephesians 6:12 tells us that our battle is not flesh and blood. The battleground is the soul. Her understanding of the salvation of the soul has helped many to be more objective about the fight of faith in delivering their souls into a higher realm of spiritual reality
and authority.

Dr. Smither is also associate pastor of Faith Victory Church, and is a member of the Commissioned Apostolic Network. Mr. Smither is an elder and treasurer of Faith Victory Church.
